Well, theres the NovaDreamer (or something like that?) which shines a light in your eyes, when it detects REM
You learn to associate the shape of the light to be a dreamsign
Other than that, you could schedule a quite sound to play on your PC after 6 hours of sleep, every 10 minutes
I tried this, but had to use earphones.... not comfortable
meants something like that i just dont know wat program will let me do that
Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Scheduled Tasks
Bet your wife thought you were insane going to bed with headphones on? ;)Quote:

The idea of a contraption on my face isn't cool either. And if Seeker is right, I also don't want infrared in my eyes...
What happens? :huh2:Quote:

I'm guessing nothing immediate, otherwise Laberge would have a court case on his hands
Then again, maybe they don't use infrared after all ? The mask might have sensors around the eye to measure muscle movement
Let it just be known that you don't get that many pairs of eyes, so like placebo i'd generally avoid letting things like infared flash into them...I mean, laBerge is obviously clever enough to not apply a 40 megawatt laser to your eyes, but basically...I don't want anything in them. Yeah. :P
