      Dream Journal Question

Hey guys! For the past week I've been keeping a dream journal and working on attaining lucidity. As my signature shows, I've had a pretty easy time of doing it, considering I've been lucid 4 times in my first week of trying.

However, I have a question about dream journaling: on nights that I am lucid do I need to record all dreams is just the lucid dream sufficient? This is just an efficiency question...right now if I go lucid I wilfully forget the other dreams because they're less interesting, but I just want to know if that's a bad idea or not. Do I need to record all my dreams when I go lucid so that if/when I stop going on a lucid streak I can get back into one quicker?

      Thanks

You should record all your dreams. But what helps is that when you record your lucid dreams, use a different color or fonts. Normal dream recording can also help make non-lucid dreams more vivid.

I already use different color fonts, actually.

That's interesting about making non-lucid dreams more vivid. I've noticed that happening to me, but I wouldn't have thought of attributing it to DJing

Yes, I would really recommend writing down all your dreams. Start with the lucid one(s) and jot down as much detail as you can, then move on to the others. It sounds like you're using the computer to record your dreams...might I suggest Banhurt's program? It truly is amazing.
