Can't be lucid anymore, need help

I was used to be lucid almost every night. But i'm having problems to be lucid now. Every night that i know it's a dream, i do a lot of things, but when i wake up i discover that it was my sub concient doing those things, and not me. I think one of the solutions would be WILDing, because there is no way the sub concient would trick me, but i don't like SP. FILD doesn't work for me... Do anyone have any tips on how can i be lucid when i'm having this problem? (Know it's a dream but i'm still sleeping, so it's my sub concient doing everything)

Hi ..not sure if I understand correctly , but..
Why don't you try repeating a mantra before you fall asleep? I've heard this helps :p Maybe something like "I won't let my subconsciousness control my dreams" or "I'll have full control over my lucid dreams".
