      Zooming?

      hello again!
      i've been trying a few things with WILDs & DILDs and i've hit a sticking point,
      once I've achieved SP, and i begin to transition into a dream i get this sensation as though my vision is zooming in and out really quickly and it jars my eyes and my mind starts to go into almost like shock.
      has anyone else experienced this and/or know how to overcome it?

      Lots of weird stuff happens in SP, which is completely different from any other dream entry. Guess it comes down to what you believe as for a decent explanation. Have you had the torso rush where you heart feels like its going a hundred beats a second? Best thing to do is just relax, and hope that you can ride it out. If its too uncomfortable put all your effort into moving a toe and pull yourself out of SP. Generally effects like these will wear off and you become more accustomed to what you are doing, which I personally think sounded like a projection exit sensation. If you manage to ride it out you're in for a nice surprise!

      I personally can't see any real reason why you would get torso rushes and vibration like effects if you were simply slipping into a dream.
