Do you think everyone lucid dreams?

Apologies if this has been raised before - if it has please let me know!

Occasionally I will suddenly remember in the middle of the day that I had a lucid dream that night, usually triggered off by some random thing. It makes me wonder if there are other lucid experiences I have had that I will never remember just because nothing triggered off the memory the next day.

As a lot of people don't remember any of their dreams, can we conclude that everyone lucid dreams to some degree but they just don't remember?

I wonder the question myself, but I also agree that everyone does lucid dream but they do just don't remember.

If you are lucid in a dream, you are more likely to remember the dream, especially if you are lucid the moment you wake up.

But yea, that still leaves room for a good few not remembered lucid dreams. A lot of people also lucid dream, and they remember the dream, but they don't think it is anything significant, because they don't know anything about lucid dreaming. I myself have had a lucid dream before I knew about lucid dreaming, and I never even thought to try some cool things, because I never knew it was possible.

So yea, people can lucid dream without remembering it, OR without knowing it was special.
