So Close

BAH i can't believe how close i got to having my first LD last night.

Im still trying to remember my dream because i just woke up and decided to post this.

I remember my dream was sort of a nightmare with ghosts. But anyway i remember in the end i called this guy over that knew how to get rid of them and he came over about 5 mins later with a wand (i was like WTF! but i didn't care). Then we were outside talking about what to do up to the point i said "OH SH** my sis is still in the house!" so we where about to go back inside untill he said "now your going to start to see things that aren't real" i was like "yer yer i read up on the internet about it" (thinking of this site). Long story short in the end i realized it was a dream and i was like "OH COOL" but i couldn't do anything and i was cool with it so i just got the guy with the wand to change everything, like i said to him "hey make it so where walking like on the moon" and he would, i would say "nah a lil less gravity". That didn't work he just replyed "nah this is how to moon gravity goes" and so on untill the dream changed and i forgot all about it about 10 mins later.

I know realize i wasn't fully Lucid, or i wasn't Lucid at all, but the thing is i realized it was a dream but didn't act on it :/ I will get it next time :P I also think these were some signs: The guy with the wand (i know some people said picture yourself with a wand to change things). I mentioned this sight when it came to Hallucinations because i thought it was like SP. I think there was another one but i need to remember :P

Wait, I'm confused. Did you realize it was a dream, or didn't you? If you realized that you were dreaming, then it was a lucid dream. If you didn't, it wasn't. Just because you can't control your dream doesn't mean it's not a lucid, in fact I can almost never control anything in my LDs.

sounds like my first lucid. You went lucid, figured out what to do, then lost lucidity.

Oh well atleast i can say ive been Lucid and tick it off my achievements list :P
