Well, I'm not old enough to drive and if I told my dad to take me to Wal-Mart to get some B-6 he'd ask me why and when I tell him its for lucid dreaming he'd think I'm a freak and not buy it for me.
Anyways, any food with B-6?

There is with anything a point where you can take too much too leading to Toxicity.
Folic acid (a B-vitamin) and vitamins B6 and B12 are found in many of the foods you probably already eat, including the cereal you have for breakfast. Bread or pasta. I think O'nus covered this aspect.
B-vitamins are nutrients necessary for healthy blood also.
The Pharmacy
I take a b 100 capsule everyday and I'm 14. B 100 basically covers all B vitamins in high percentages. I'm perfectly fine, and don't think I'm hurting myself. B vitamins, and B 6 are and is very healthy nutrients. B vitamins increase metabolism and increase energy. There a perfectly healthy to take. If you take them at night and lucid dreaming is an effect than thats perfectly fine, because it has very important health benefits. The vitamin is water soluble, its hard to take a lot of it.
