Which lucid dreaming induction tequniques work best without wbtb or anything that requires adjusting sleep schedules. I have to get up really early every day and I can't get up in the middle of the night.
A little (little meaning very little) looking around the induction techniques section will have pointed you to DILD - Dream Induced Lucid Dreaming. To do this, you're relying on your dream-self to recognize something in your dream to be inconsistent with reality, and do a "reality check" to attain lucidity. This also commonly involves keeping a dream journal every day that you dream, to improve your dream recall. Most people, myself included, start by learning how to DILD. It's the easiest method for most, and quickest to implement, but the experiences are usually short, and aren't directly induc-able - you have to experience them randomly, increasing your chances of LDing by RCing during the day and keeping your dream journal every day.

DILD and MILD work quite well, even if you lop out the WBTB bit. I have the same problem. I recommend Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming...there are sections on both of these methods. Self-affirmation and awareness are two of the best tools I have come across, and reality checks aren't all that bad, either.
WBTB can be very helpful, but it's not completely necessary to induce Lucids. As long as you have decent recall you're good to go, on any sleeping schedule. You just have to be putting a lot of effort into questioning whether or not you're dreaming during the day. If you think about it enough during the day, you will start thinking about it in your dreams.
Like mario said, DILD and MILD, which is like DILD. DILD is realising you're dreaming while dreaming. MILD is using mantras to help with that.
