I have no idea how my mind made it up, but once I went lucid I took it on myself to remember it.
It was spelt Leagea. I'm not sure if I seen this somewhere before. I instantly thought it might be league, or in some other language I came across over the internet.

Nope, not familiar to me either. :P I'm under the impression I've come up with words myself during dreams, too.
Yeah, I do that a lot. My name here is a name I brought out of one of my dreams. It was an Inuyasha dream, and Kagome and her family were "Kanano's" because they were Shrine Keepers. Use it all the time for accounts names and stuff, plus the next one.
I also brought out "Black Dauzing Sabbon" from a dream. First I saw it like I was entering a characters name for a game, and liked it so I used it for stuff, though I dropped the "Dauzing" because it sounded dumb. Eventually had a nightmare with a creature that looked like the Leech Man from Resident Evil: Outbreak, and it was called the Black Sabbon too.
Also, the word "Carrera" which was a beast outside a house I was in, in a dream that was making it storm.
Or even phrases:
It was banned in the US for having too much itinerary and home ownership.
The annual Uk World Movement is underway.
The experience is money.
You have detestable goats though.
That's another thing I like about dreams, pulling random stuff out of them. Keep pulling more out, man. I liked your first one.
I wish I could learn how to encode a song I hear into sheet music. That would be so awesome. Some of the stuff I hear in my dreams is pretty nice. Such a shame though I eventually forget it because I can't write it down.
I believe there's a wealth of creativity in dreams, it just a matter of finding it and bringing it back.
Aren't these words cool? Once a guy was trying to teach me a dream language, but I sucked at it. And the guy, Nerimeno, apparently his name has no meaning, yay! Along with Xildron and Walms, all are words from dreams, though the other two are already taken, too bad lol

Its weird when it happens because you notice it the second you wake up and its like blinding your thoughts as if your mind is yelling the phrase at you. Often I don't even remember how I came up with it and its usually something random.

Good stuff. I can't think of any dream words off hand that I've had, but I had a very vivid dream once where a friend and I kept saying "Beef Stroganoff" in wierd voices and it was the funniest thing in the world. I even woke up laughing my butt off, irritating my wife in the process because all I'd respond to her was that phrase, said in an announcers tone, "Beef Stroganoff!".
It was funny for days, but looking back I can't recall what made it so funny. It's kind of like being punch drunk from a pillow fight or laughing too hard, and for awhile the smallest stupidest things will set that laughter back off again.
I called my friend the next day and told him about it, and it's an ongoing joke now when we visit, which may lend creedance to the original dream.

As you can see, some of the notes share names. I still haven't had any experiences where I write music in dreams or come up with melodies. I had one dream where I was directing a music video for a song I really like, but that was it.

Just sing as close as you can to it, get the rhythm the way you want it, and have a saved recording of it in case you can send it to someone who can determine the notes and translate it into sheet music for you. If the piano program(s) on there don't tell you note names on the keys, you can look online for a diagram of piano keys and their note names. Good luck figuring that out, but I swear if you can find some way of recording your voice producing the pitches in your head with the rhythm you're hearing them, it'll be so much quicker and easier for you to get it down before you forget it!
