Books

I'm interested in books on lucid dreaming, astral projection, out of body experience, or just dreaming in general. Though I have seen many books out there... I was wondering if any of you experienced people could point me in the direction of the ones worth looking into. Thanks in advance.

check some books from la berge, but he does write it in a ways thats kinds hard to understand..:undecided:

There's a few by Stephen LaBerge, ^^ although I read somewhere that they're all quite similar, except one has a CD included. I ordered "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" (cuz that's the one I've heard people here refer to the most often) from Amazon but its taking a ridiculous length of time to get here. :(
