      Book inspiration

I'm writing a novel at the moment, and I was wondering, would it be possible to talk to the characters in a lucid dream? I'm thinking that it might help me get to know the characters better, and I could visit scenes from the book to help with description, or even work out plot ideas!

      Very good idea.

I actually wrote a short little piece about Lucid Dreaming, myself. But this would be great for shaping characters.

I love that idea. If you have a basic sense of the characters, your subconscious might show you them in some more depth. Even if you don't get much from them, I'm sure it would be inspiring!
