I am tired of snoring! Help me!

I HAVE VERY BIG PROBLEM! I am using FILD and WILD combined with WBTB. At first it was ok. I sleep in my room. It's next to my "friend's" room. And "he" is snoring. I cannot concentrate on my fingers while FILDing, can't concentrate on my breathing while WILDing. Like that, I will never be LDer.

So, do you guys know any method to isolate my ears or use snoring in my advantage? :bowdown:

try a pair of silicone ear plugs, they work wonders for me. The only real problem is how your alarm system is set up, if it is sound then you wont get up if you have a light/vibrating system then its no problem.

How about putting on some "white noise" like a fan?
