B-6 or B-12?
I am thinking about buying one of these because I have read they can increase vividness in dreams. What is the difference and which one should I buy? I am also wondering about dosage. I have read that too much of either can be dangerous. I was thinking I would probably take 100 mg's before going to bed each night.

Well, I don't know much about B12, but B6 will greatly increase the vividity of your dreams. ~1-2 g (grams, not mg) should be safe, but don't use it every night for the best results. Also, never take more than 4g at once. It shouldn't hurt you, but taking 4g or more a night for a month can cause nerve damage. Like I said earlier, stick with 1-2g and you'll be safe.

B12 has a very positive affect on my mood and gives me a more restful sleep. I would recommend sublingual b-12, as other forms are less bioavailable and for the most part a waste of money mood-wise.
