3 Day Lucid Attack
Well on Monday (15/2/10) I have 3 days where I get to sleep in so I'm going to have a Lucid attack where I full on try to have at least 1 LD.
Any suggestions on what I should try?
So far I'm going to mix WBTB tech with WILD.
Practice my RC throughout the days to prepare for a DILD attempt the next night.
TRY a DIELD (going to be hard but I can only try).
Anything else that would be a good idea for me to try?

Well which one would you recommend to a newb at LDing?
EDIT: Well I'm going to try Yoshis for the first night/morning and post back here and say how i went

Never had a LD myself so no idea, but they are both very popular. Looking forward to hear your results, and if one of them works I'll try it for my first lucid :P

Sorry i couldn't post yesterday because i had work and my brother was on the PC all day.
Yesterday: I woke up at 5:30AM got a drink and came back to bed. I did the muscle flexing exercise and stayed still. I switched positions after about 10 mins and that helped a little, but then my mind kept wandering off on me and i think i fell asleep for about 30 secs and woke up staying still so i think something could of started.
Today: Woke up at 6:00AM right in the middle of a dream so it was perfect timing. Got a drink and went back to bed and did the muscle exercise again. This time i think about 1 min after i did that i just fell fast asleep.
1 problem is with Yoshis tech he says to clear your mind and don't think about anything. But thats when your mind starts to wander and you don't realize and you end up falling asleep... I suppose ill have to try to keep on track next time.
