do u know everything about your dream once u enter it? i do

everytime i look at a piece of machinery or transporting device or something made up, i always know what it does, i just have to figure out how to use it. like when i was driving this one car, it had no steering wheel, and i was driving it!! and who eats food in their dreams? i do, even though im not lucid lol. my machine's and devices's way of how they opperate is imposible, ,quite interesting. once i was flying around a city (lucid dream) and i would know if people were in the building or not. so yeah i just wanted to bring this subject up.

yep. me too. I suppose it's a way for your brain when non lucid to rationalize the weirdness you see?

In the past I've experienced things from looking at some stranger in my house and just assuming 'oh that's cousin clyde visiting for the week' (I don't have a cousin clyde) to the even weirder in my opinion, seeing my long dead pet hamster and thinking 'wait I thought he died years ago...oh no, wait that was just a dream!' (That's right I remembered reality but thought it was the dream!)

Most recently, I had a dream where I had friends over at my apartment. One of the guests was a girl I'd had a crush on in highschool. I had inivted her because she was girlfriend (as far as I 'knew')...but she was never actually my girlfriend, nevermind the fact that I havent seen her in a couple years either...

A footnote about this dream, my most lucid dream experience, is that I became lucid when I noticed my face in the mirror. Yes this is a common dreamsign so in itself not weird...but even when i became lucid I didn't notice something as obvious as 'hey wait a minute I'm not dating her!'- Not until I awoke. Ain't it weird what causes us to becomes lucid and what doesn't? Wow. me ramble lots.

      boother

hey boother, that is whats considered low lucidity ,but anyway. i have dreams like that (hampster dream) all the time but its not about my pets, its about my dad. its nice to see him again and all but he acts alot different in my dreams and its kind of disturbing.
Reality is only a state of mind....

      low lucidity

low lucidity, i think is when u can do what u want in your dream except u cant affect the laws of gravity in your dream because u think it is real life. and u think it is real life and in low level lucidity i used to make lots of mischief because i took advantage of the low lucidity in my dream. in low lucidity u can do just as much as being completely lucid, depending where u are.
