I keep up my awareness as much as I can morning till 3 pm+ after I get home I get distracted but I still try, and I RC but every now and then when I remember to. And when I'm about to go to bed I say lots of mantras and stick with "Tonight when I dream, I'll be aware, realize I'm dreaming and reality check" gonna keep trying to WILD during night and not get distracted by moving. And will WILD every day on weekends, Getting up the enthusiasm and positive attitude, I find my dreams less fragmented, one whole dream instead of 3-5 every night or so becomes 1/2-3 more detailed and more on the "EPIC" scale, I think I'm improving, but I'll keep trying, "do" |
