      Working out

I have been hitting the gym quite a bit lately and I have been wondering if It will effect my ability to LD.

I have noticed after I work out it is harder to WILD, but at the same time I feel that I get to have many more dreams that I can remember during the night.

If anyone knows anything about this I would greatly appreciate some advice.

I read an article on NewScientist which claimed that physical exertion during the day increases chances of becoming lucid. I'll see if I can find it...

EDIT: Here. It's at the bottom of the first page. It's a good read.

It would be great if you can find it, because, I'm interested in finding that as well

      Edit: Thanks
Edit2: From the article: "The most consistent finding is one that Hearne had already laid claim to: that high levels of physical (and emotional) activity during the day precede lucidity at night. Waking during the night and carrying out some kind of activity before falling asleep again can also encourage a lucid dream during the next period of REM. " <-- The second part sounds similar to WBTB to me
