      Lightbulb Dream recall improvement

I finally got my recall game up. I been remembering my dreams evernight now. I also been remembering more dreams it use to be just one or two now i know i have several dreams a night! Even though they are vague i know i had them, now next step is trying to make those lucid dreams, and help?

Nice job building the recall. I'm going to suggest a simple method/approach you can mix in with your good recall. As you are laying down to sleep try and alter your mindset. Basically, you want to try and fall asleep expecting to have a lucid dream. Try and get it in your head that you will definately have a lucid tonight with no problem. Don't only say/think this, but truly 100% believe it will happen. You can even go as far as pretending you are an expert lucid dreamer and tonight will be just another excellent lucid adventure. The key is actually believing it. The best comparison I can give is when actors/actresses get into character for a movie role. They change their personality/mindset/actions for a period of time while filming in order to give a better performance. The idea is that you will fall asleep knowing that you are going to become lucid, thus causing you to gain lucidity during the night. Also, don't get discouraged if you don't become lucid. Just think to yourself, "Eh...no problem. I'll easily become lucid tomorrow night." Confidence and self-assurance can go a long way when it comes to LDing.

As KingYoshi mentioned, confidence that you will get an LD tonight will get you an LD. My second DILD was based on this alone

Yes, it's amazing how many dreams we really do have a night. I can remember before I started practicing recall, I could only rmember one dream at the most. Now I remember 3 or more everynight; and dear god, they are strange dreams!

Yeah thats exactly how i feel. I knew i dreamed more but actually remembering them and KNOWING you dream multiple time a night is awesome. My next step is to become lucid though.
