What is the time distribution of your LDs?

i am asking because most of mine seem to occur between the hours of 8 and 9 am, right before i wake up.

When do you have have the most (for poll)?

i usually sleep from midnight to 8 or 9am...

however, i am wanted to open my mind to having LD's through longer time windows and would love to know what's possible, and what the experiences of others are.

for me:
95%: between 7 and 9 am
3%: between 5 and 7 am
2%: naps, but only because i only rarely take them, perhaps

I only LD two to four times a month, so i don't have a huge pool of experience. I started in July of last year, doing LD deliberately. Before that i had spontaneous LDs (about ten) and didn't clock them.

I totally get them usually right before waking up. I usually need to sleep in to get my LD's! I got one today just before waking up! Also, I tend to get them when I do my famous "wake up and fall back to sleep" (because I say this a lot, and it's SO true for me).

It's changed drastically for me.

Few years ago:
5% some time in the night
95% between 10am-2pm during naps

Currently:
70% 5am - 10am
20% 3am - 5am
5% 1am - 3am
5% rare nap
