I am going to try the WBTB technique today, but I'm having a problem to decide which one is better.
Which technique should I use:
1. Wake up after 4-6 hours of sleep, be awake for 30-60 minutes, and sleep again.
or this one:
2. Wake up 1 hour before your normal waking hour, be awake for 1 hour, and sleep again.
Which technique is better?
