Hey, I'm having a problem remembering my dreams because i just cant get enough sleep. I don't get tired until around 12pm and i have to wake up every morning at 6am. I know that this is the problem because on days i get 8 hours or more i can remember some and write them down rite away, but on days i get 6 hours or less which is almost every day there's nothing. Any tips on what i can do to try and recall some dreams?
