WILD, what am i looking for?

I attempted to have a WILD last night but I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I woke up at around 6am and decided i was going to try. I was trying to relax until i could get into SP and i think that i did "whole body was vibrating, heart was beating super fast" but i don't know what to do after that. I just lay there in that state and I'm not sure when i should do something or what to even do. So eventually i just got up and did a reality check because i had no other idea, and it failed of course. Any help?

Try to imagine something like going through doors or falling down. It helps for me. :)
