new to the forums LDS info

hello everyone im new to the forum and somewhat new to LD i have had them before but very short and i couldnt really remember them the past few days ive been doing alot of reading on the topic and it seems amazing, its like if the human brain is capable of such things who would ever need drugs lol. any way im heading out to the drug store in the morning and from what iver read since in just starting out i thought a simple combo of some vitamin B5 and choline would be a good start unless u guys have any other ideas

Welcome! Remember to start a DJ in that it will help you on your journey. Be sure to read anything you may take online and what the effects are and what are pros and cons. Some things can just have a placebo effect. I myself take Melatonin for sleep problems and just recently started taking it, I did have a very long vivid dream and slept like a baby. Hope you get more into LD and keep up! Never give up!

Yea I started a DJ afew nights ago I do dream most night but I must say I'm quiet fond of the marajuana lol so my dream recall in the morning is shotty at best so I'm guna try a week of not smoking right before I go to sleep what are some more popular LDS among u guys or combos of LDS
