Which method is the most realistic?

Hey dreamers...
Sorry I'm kind of a 'noob' so the only method I used was a part of WBTB and DILD...
For those of you who tried everything...
Which one is the most realistic?

To answer your question, I just want to inform you that its not the technique that is the most vivid. Every lucid is different so the vividness varies. Its just the matter of getting lucky with vividness.
