Worst way to miss lucidity!! yoga nidra have an effect??
Ok last night before going to bed I listened to a yoga nidra track I found on this site. It was great I fully relaxed and it worked better than other relaxing techniques iv tried. After I finished I went to bed normaly. I woke in the middle of the night and tried fild which i think worked but I was non-lucid.
In the dream I was with my family. I remembered saying "hey this must be a dream!" to my brother. There were two cop cars just before this and a little boy showed up so i thought that was wierd. I looked at my hands after telling my brother but they were normal. I realy thought I was dreaming but my hands looked so normal that I thought it must just be a wierd mistake. Me and my brother sat there playing with our hands. I was so gutted when I woke up!!!
It just seems wierd because for the last month iv been smoking a lot of pot every day and when I smoke I never remember my dreams. Because of this I havnt been lucid in over a month now. I think the yoga nidra helped but im not sure
