I didn't constantly do it, but it took me about a week.

Watch ReeceJones87's videos on youtube, they helped me a bit. Ignore his layer system cause it's confusing and pointless (Layer Zero isn't even lucid..) but they help anyhow. Mindset and tips
A couple of weeks here. But it was amazing!

It took me 5 days. After that I had about 2-3 lucids per week.
most people how have replied until now got i pretty fast i think so don't give up if you haven't gotten it after a week or so.
I don't remeber 100% percent how long it took me until i had myt first lucid dream but i think it was about 2 months.

About two weeks for me was pretty vivid so i was happy just hoping for another one now hoping it wasn't a one off lol
Consistent RCing has never worked so well for me. I've relied more on awareness/mindfulness to have my first intentional DILD. It took me close to three months to have my first one.
I've said this alot to others, but it's all about awareness. I barely RC during the day, but I have a lucid almost every night. It took a week or so to get consistent high awareness levels, but it's worth it! Check everything out around you and don't rely solely on reality checks. Most people RC only to confirm they're dreaming, after becoming lucid.
I had my first LD around a week into learning about lucid dreaming.
