I don't know if you can download it. I've read the book fully, and the official website shares plenty of information on LD'ing. The book itself merely add anecdotes. Also, check Google for Lucid Dreaming, you'll find what you need. U may also want to check your local library.

but just as airrick said, you should be able to find all you need.
go to amazon books they let you take a free look in side :D
It's only the preface part, but rather promotional rather than useful. You could probably rent it from a library (that is, if they have it).
