Sleep paralysis

Sometimes in the morning i will wake up and i can't move, But i have no HI or Sound.


Is this sleep paralisis?

Could be, what does your body feel like?

Sounds like it to me. When i have SP, which is pretty often, i never have HI or anything like it.
I just lay there with my eyes open trying to move and wait to fully wake up.
