Has anyone had this
I had 1 short not very lucid, lucid dream last year. and 2-4 lucid dreams when I was 5-6. I am currently 12.5 years old
By the way if anyone wants to know my successful method, it was a WBTB + DILD. You wake up(6 hours after u go to sleep) stay in bed and keep saying a lucid dream related phrase in your head(I am dreaming and I will realize I am dreaming, I am do reality checks). Ohh and do a reality check as you awake
