I'm losing it!
I have a problem, which is really starting to frighten me.
I haven't had a lucid dream for 3 weeks and I don't know what is going on.
I have been practicing lucid dreaming for a while now and I have had up to 3 lucid dreams per night for a long period of time, but now...nothing!
It is not that I have stopped practicing, my dream recall is better than ever, I constantly ask myself, during the day, if I am dreaming or not, I WILD in the mornings like I always do, but it is driving me crazy!:panic:
The dreams are very bright in emotion, very pleasent and joyfull. I feel like there is a light at the end of the tunel, it seems like somewhere deep inside I can "push" - make them turn out good, if you understand what I mean. They seem to give me what I hunger for, but with no lucid interference.
What I have noticed is that a lot of my old dream signs have appeared again, maybe it is a sign, I don't know...I try to analyse myself, I have had a lot of stress recently, maybe that could be the reason.
God, I am really starting to miss my dream guides face!:?
I will be grateful for any kind of advice!
P. S Thank you for listening to my whining!:D

Try another method I actually use WBTB + DILD and it works wonders

When I read the name of this post I thought you were going to be talking about losing your mind. I'm glad that isn't the case, although that could be kinda fun I guess.
Don't stress out too much. Don't panic! Sometimes it helps to take a break from even trying for a few days or a week. If you are getting too upset or worked up that you're unable to LD, don't sweat it. Just try normal dreaming for a few days, let your brain relax. If you're getting to anxious to LD it might be hindering you.
Good luck!

Its the same problem with me....my LD's just stopped....

I am glad I could turn your attention. It is all about the headline!:)
It seems like I have rested enough, and if I rest a bit more I'm going to forget how to lucid dream - it seems like I'll have to start all over again, let's not even mention the fact that I am fully addicted to lucid dreams, It is like I have lost my comforting.
But I guess you are right, I'll just have to learn to handle myself.
Thanks!

Don't stress about it! One thing you may try is instead of asking yourself if you are dreaming, say throughout the day: I am dreaming.

Sounds like you're in the middle of a dryspell. Everybody gets them now and then; the thing to do is to not stress about it. Tell yourself that you haven't lost the ability to LD, and continue to passively practice any techniques that usually work. Eventually you'll get lucid again, you just have to be patient.
