Watching movies before going to sleep

Can watching a movie before going to bed affect the chances of having a DILD?
I tend to watch a movie before going to sleep, but it often takes me a couple of minutes to fall asleep.

I am sorry for bumping the thread up, but i have had this problem for a while and i would like to know if movies can affect the chances of getting into a DILD.
But can they affect dream recall also?
