      Dream Journal

so the past few days or so i havent recored a single dream in my dream journal for the simple reason that im too tired and couldnt care less about writing down a dream after i wake up, i do get enough sleep at night but sometimes i just seem to be way too tired in the morning to be bothered to write down anything.

will this become a big problem helping me to lucid dream or will i just have to suck it up and stop being lazy and just write down my dreams?

im not sure if this is even a big deal because ive read some people dont keep a dream journal at all?

      thanks.

Writing a DJ is helpful in two ways.

      1) It helps you find dream signs.

      2)You remember your dreams.

I would recommend you to keep a DJ, otherwise you'd have an insanely hard time trying to lucid dream.

Depends how good your recall is naturally. Although don't assume that you'll naturally remember lucid dreams, even with semi-decent recall. DILDs from during the night can be forgotten just as easily as normal dreams. Case in point, I'm positive I had a LD at some stage last night, because I remember flying down a street I knew and thinking about how long I'd been lucid for. Thing is, that's the only part I remember. If I'd written it down right after I woke up I'd have a sweet story to tell and remember. My advice, if you're too lazy in the mornings, just scribble down some quick notes. You'd be surprised how much detail you can squeeze from a couple of bullet points.

Keeping a DJ= Frequent lucid dreams
      Simple as that.
