Aware of dream body AND real body at the same time!?!

In my dream I was fighting with this guy, because he was insulting me. It was strange because in my head I said, "I'm getting messed up in the dream world" and I gained awareness. That's not weird, the weird thing was that I was aware of my dream body, and my real body lying on the bed. Something like 50% real awareness and 50% dream awareness. So basically I was dreaming while I was aware of my body, it's hard to explain. Maybe my memory is foggy and I hallucinated that this happened but has anyone had an experience like this?

This happened the day before just in case anyone wants to know:
The day before I slept around 1-2 hours, very little. I exerted myself by taking stimulants the next day (ephedrine, caffeine) and ran 5 miles then lifted weights, I did it in order to have a harsh, tiring comedown and drop in temperature in order to sleep.

Then I went to sleep at 8 PM, woke up at 1 AM. (5 hours of sleep) I couldn't sleep again so I went for some relaxing tea (chamomille, valerian, 7 blossoms). I also took mustard, cinnamon, choline, ginkgo biloba, and vinpocetine (took it for LD). Then soy milk. Then back to sleep at 3 AM and what I mentioned in the 1st paragraph happened to me.
I wish I could stay in a lucid dream forever

I experience this often when I destabilize in a lucid. It transitions with me feeling 50/50 before it fades and I cant stay in the dream.

The same with me. It happened just this morning, as I was waking up from a rather peculiar dream. I wasn't exactly lucid, but I was trying to hold the dream together long enough to hear something. I could feel myself in my bed while the dream was still going.

This isn't all that unusual. I believe it happens as you are coming out of your REM cycle.

I get this all the time, too. Normally, it happens when I am first entering the dream, or about to wake up.

This happened to me once. I tried running and felt my legs jerk on my bed. Not sure if it happened IRL, but I think it did.

Yeah I can feel my body lying in the bed during very light sleep. Either just before waking up or after entered WILD. For example, this morning, I had just gotten out of bed (during LD) and could still feel myself lying in the bed while standing next to it. It was late in the morning so my body and mind wouldnt go 100% asleep I guess, woke up short after.

I experienced this in my second ever LD. I became lucid after having an FA. When I tried to get up, the whole environment destabilized and I was briefly in both 'worlds' so to speak. Then I quickly rubbed my hands together and it eventually became stable again. It was pretty cool, but a little annoying since I thought I was about to wake.
