Recently, I have been having trouble having lucid dreams. So last night I just focused on my dream recall, and in my dream, my dreamguide showed up and gave me a message, it was lucid dreaming advice. I don't remember exactly what it said, but it was basicly telling me not to stress out about lucid dreaming and if I relax then it would be easier.
So what's your advice? Don't stress? I think most people are aware of that already.
But perhaps someone else might observe that increased stress levels can trigger dreams. Perhaps stress works differently on different people.
Stress tends to destroy my recall completely. :/
Except early this morning, between 4:00 am and 4:15 where I had a very long and detailed dream. Slightly off topic, but I've always been fascinated by the 'perceived time' law within dreams.
