Billybob's tutorial schedule?

I had a look at his schedule and was wondering if you are supposed to repeat that schedule every week or just once then do what you want. Thanks

I would think as long as it takes until you start having lucids frequent enough that it is uneccessary. Sadly, he is not here to recommend a good length of time...
