      Exclamation Almost scared to death!!!!

      I tried doing WILD with WBTB as i usually do and it always works but this time when i got sleep paralysis i saw like 3 of the scariest horror movie villains coming near me i tried to scream and they kept coming closer then looked at me face to face all 3 of them and i almost died of fright then i just got out of it screaming. They were Michael myers, baby face ,and the texas chainsaw massacre guy

      I know, I sometimes get hallucinations that scare the crap out of me too. Were your eyes closed? If not, you should keep them closed. That way you won't be able to see them and it'll help you relax. Visual stimuli, besides the totally freaking out and screaming, can snap you out of a WILD.

      Also, just remember that they aren't real. I know it's easier said than done but it helps.

      Actually, telling yourself it won't happen will pretty much ensure it does. The brain isn't good at processing that whole negative construct thing.
