WILD Playlist Help + Post your Playlists for WILDing

Hey everyone, I need some help compiling a play list for my WILD attempts. When I try to WILD I get a weird feeling and start getting bad thoughts about SP which from what I've looked at about it means that I will get bad SP. Listening to music while I WILD some how soothes me and I become extremely relaxed faster + easier but all of my music goes from rock to heavy metal and nothing quiet enough to actually WILD to.

Requesting music to WILD to, I LOVE piano but just generally anything soft and soothing.

I have just recently started to listen to music as I fall asleep. The soundtracks from the movie Sunshine work very well for me to at least just relax and fall asleep. You can find all the Sunshine movie tracks on youtube. Don't know if this is what you were looking for, but it might help. :sleepmeditate2:
