Blurry/distorted vision during SP/LD

Hey. This happened to me all the times I've tried to LD and managed to get some results, so in total 3 times. It's frustrating and I'm not sure what's happening.

They started by me feeling those SP waves come over me, then I try to open my eyes or visualize something, but whenever I do, I'm trying to see stuff in my imagination but it's all blurry and I can't see what anything is. It's like I'm drunk and have some zoomed in goggles on at all times.

I can tell if this is actually a lucid dream or just SP. While I was in this state, it was hard to tell what was going on.

Also, while this was going on and I kinda felt the effects of SP, I moved my body like crazy and turned in different positions. But when I opened my eyes, I was still starting at the exact same wall in the exact same spot that I was before. I finally got out of this when I tried to swallow really hard and it actually like moved me. I'm not sure whether I was actually opening my eyes in real life, or it was my imagination's eyes, because what I kept seeing whenever I opened them looked just like my wall did at the time - with the same lighting and everything.

Please help me! I don't know what's going on.

Hm, did you try stabilizing? If it was a dream, that would have solved it.
It could have been the dream forming around you too, could try to let it go for a little longer and hten play with dreams!
