      Seeing yourself in dreams?

I had this very long vivid connectable dream last night and at the end of the dream as i got home, I saw myself sleeping on the bed through the window in my room, it felt very real and freaked out falling to the ground and after i calmed down i was telling my 2 dream characters about the situation and they just replied that its nothing and they get that alot. Then I got all my stuff and as everybody go to sleep I walked to my outside room and just became very unbalanced very dark, falling all over the place, tried to ran back to the house hanging on the backdoor yelling for help and then i woke up kinda freaked out. . .
so im just abit curious about that dream, was it just a dream? not connected to a sort of Out of body experience? I havnt got a lucid dream yet but just though i would share this,
      Thanks

Well, in my eyes, you were still you in the dream, but you just saw another you, am I correct? I've had this in a lucid before, and it's very strange. It's like, I saw my body laying down from when I wasn't lucid. Because once I was lucid, I got up, but I knew I was in my own body. It is quite a weird thing!
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

I've seen myself sleeping in bed, before. It can be a little disturbing or disorienting.

Yeah, if I were you, I would just forget about that body...It creeps ME out . Though one time I changed into another body, but I really was still in my body, so I started to talk to clone me in "my way" . It was quite fun! Just don't think of it as being creepy, don't watch him, talk to him, do something with him and it should be fun.

Don't completely discount the possibility that it was an obe.
What a long, strange trip it's been.
