Drug Effects on Dreaming/Lucid Dreaming Question

I have been trying to lucid dream for a while now, and I wonder if my medicines could get in the way of success. I take Vyvanse to improve my focus. Could this affect my dreaming?

1.Vyvanse kind of makes it hard to sleep (until having used it for a while)
2.but at the same time, vyvanse makes you focus, so maybe increases my lucid rate?

I really want to know if this would affect my dreaming, and what other non-drug things I may be able to use to counteract it, if it is negative to dreaming.

I don't know how Vyvanse would affect dreaming. I'll do some searches and see what I come up with.

As for non-drug related aids, you could try some vitamins and supplements. The 'B' vitamins tend to be the most helpful in dreaming; primarily B6. Also try 5-HTP or Tryptophan if you can. Melatonin is a powerful sleep aid and helps in recall. Valerian Root i also easily found. Give some of these a try and see if it improves your luck.
