sleep paralysis
hello people...
just wondering if sleep paralysis has anything to do with lucid dream?
because i just got into Lucid dreams week ago.
but i was looking around in this forum today and so many discussions about sleep paralysis.
i had those when ever i had a nap during the day, which i do alot after school :)
and about 80% of those nights i get sleep paralysis, back then i thought it was a nightmare, because when i had those i could hear like a very noisy sound, almost like a waterfall running through my ears.
so i closed my eyes all the time,,, fucking scary,,,, but fully aware that was sleep paralysis.
so... wat should i do to continue on to lucid dream from that stage?
should i just close my eyes and sleep or just open my eyes?

when your in sleep paralysis, you are a few steps away from a WILD ( wake, initiated, lucid dream).

A lot of people try to go from sleep paralysis (SP) into an LD since you are very close to being fully asleep. Just relax, don't try to fight it, and let yourself go into a dream. Everyone's SP experiences are different and from what I've heard you'll get used to the sensations.
