Awareness of real life and snoring while dreaming?

Something like this I think happened to me the other day on the 7th day of trying to do the everyman sleeps schedule(4.5hr core + 2naps). The power went out so I decided to lay down because I was bored. I didn't feel sleepy but after some time I kept snoring so I kept moving to stop it because it wasn't when I had a nap scheduled, but eventually the snoring kept coming back faster so I gave up on moving.

I was then apparently asleep, throughout the whole sleep I was hearing and feeling myself breathing (snoring) and felt the blood flow in my head. I got FAs every 15 to 30 seconds after getting out of one where I would lose control of my dream body everything would go dark and I would be in my bed although I never felt like I was away from it in the first place. At some point I felt a huge amount of blood go into my head and felt a painful pressure in my eyes and forehead. Also since I had my door open I heard my mom making a phone call.

I also tried the thing where I look at my hands and say "stabilize lucidity" but I couldn't talk and decided against trying too hard because I thought someone might hear my choked voice and wake me up, or it would wake me up or cause a FA.
