Having had lucid experiences and psychedelic experiences, I seem to draw no specific connection to the two realms; however, I feel that they may be connected deep inside. Mabey somewhere near the "soul" for lack of a better description. Deep meditation also seems somewhat on it's own, yet underlying everything is the same thread.
