WILDŽing Easier?
So heres the deal, i occasionally DILD ( 2-3 ) a month.
I find that nights when i have had little sleep and wake up and take a nap later in the afternoon i always seem to WILD, i use Robert MonroeŽs technique for making my body and mind sleep, and it only takes around 15 mintures. Is this because im tired from having little sleep from the past night? Why is this?

Maybe you are just more prone to WILD, why not try it more regularly?
