its summer time and i dont have any thing to do. so i sleep alot. after 8 hours i always enter another sleep cycle and sleep till i can sleep anymore. how do i improve my lucid dreams form all this sleeping.

Journal lots to improve your recall, and do lots of tiny WBTB's where you just wake up for a few seconds. Lucids are bound to come.
