      Cookie's Workbook

Hello all. I'm not entirely sure how to go about this, so I'm going to jump right in with what I've taken to be the general gist. I've been aware of lucid dreaming for many years now, but I've only recently decided to be proactive about my dreams for several reasons. Just over a month or so ago I started researching all about the topic of lucid dreaming, and started a dream diary. Fortunately for me I have always been able to remember at least one dream upon waking each morning, so the initial step of achieving recall was already achieved at the outset. As it is, if I do take the time to record between dreams I generally have three or so per night.

Based on having been at this for a month, rather than going by a weekly basis, I shall set weeks aside to try to accomplish the tasks I haven't, and note here things I've already done/am doing.

      Week 1-2

Recall dreams or fragments 10 days out of 14. 4 nights should include at least 2 dreams each. Done.
Activate 3 senses. Interact with the environment. Done.
Wreak havoc on the environment, no powers allowed. - This fortnights' task for me.

      Week 3-5

Recall 6 dreams or fragments in a single night.
Use any kind of super power. Ask a DC to do something for you.
Free fall from a height that would normally kill you.

I want to add a note here. Since I can remember I've always been able to fly in my non-lucid dreams. I have also breathed in space, and underwater. I have noticed over the past month that in my lucid dreams I am unable to fly, for fear of falling, I need to come up for air whilst swimming (I also close my eyes to keep water out). I find this interesting. It seems as if in my dreams I loose all these preconceived notions, but when I become lucid I recall them. This is something I'm working on overcoming.

Hi and welcome to class! I'm sorry I didn't greet you earlier, I was away over the weekend. Looks like you know what you're doing, keep the enthusiasm up by doing fun tasks. Only advice I can give on the flying part is to tell yourself you can't be physically hurt in a dream, it might be scary but you're always 100% safe
