VILD Question?

Am I supposed to start visualizing right at the beginning of process or wait for some SP to kick in first and then start visualizing?

I've wondered this myself. I've never known at which point in the WILD process to start the visualization to make it into a VILD. I would love to see the answer to this question too. Although, this may be one of those things where what works for one person may not for another person.

I have read elsewhere to start once in SP as it will be more effective, but it isn't necessary to attain SP first.
