Well, if you are good at meditation then it should be easier for you to WILD. WILDing takes a good amount of mental discipline and meditation is extremely beneficial in that area. I sometimes describe WILDs as meditating myself to sleep. You have to let your subconscious wander enough so that you can fall asleep, but you also have to maintain consciously aware of those thoughts. I feel it's very similar to when I'm in a good deep state of meditation.
I've also used meditation MILDs to increase my number of DILDs. I meditate right before bed focusing on lucid dreaming. I quiet my conscious and then let my subconscious bring up different images, ideas, feelings, etc. of lucid dreams. I normally do this to binaural beats that start in low beta and slowly drop down to low theta over the course of an hour. When the mp3 is over I take off my headphones and fall asleep almost immediately. Using this method I've started having DILDs weekly rather than monthly like it was before.
Experiment with different methods and don't be afraid to come up with your own ideas. Figure out what works for you and expand on it. Everybody is different, especially when it comes to lucid dreaming. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa.
