Help...is there a name for this method?

I have been slowly trying to LD more lately and have been playing along with target dream places in the beyond dreams section. I find that just telling myself I am going to this target or that target, then kind of begin a day dream ( before bed) will often lead me to a lucid dream about the place or target that I was intending to LD about. what would be the name for this technique? Thanks for any help.
