Good moments for RCing
Friends, i just had a thought about a way to possibly improve my RCing habits. Maybe of interest to someone
So, i thought:
--> I think i have subconsciously created an association between RCing and arousal and excitation. I wonder if it has done more harm than good ( as i can be recreating that arousal when lucid, which may explain some premature awakenings i guess). So I think it is time to do the opposite: to create an association between RCing and relaxation
--> So, i decided i will use my peeing times and when i drink water or coffee as golden opportunities to RC. Usually these are opportunities to slow down and so i can use them to RC - i donīt need to rush a RC while i am peeing or drinking cofee or water
That's my thoughts for now ! Have a good 2016 everyone
Edit: oh, and meals and snacks can be good too

I've already started doing that, every time I listen to music is one because idk how many times I hear music in my dreams, and just other stuff like that.
Also if I get scared I do one also haha. And happy New Years :) :alien:
